Lika Kolorado presents ‘Samurai’!

With the musical charm of the most successful indie rock and British band in the 90s, Lika Kolorado intrigued us the first singles “Kralj“, “Smijes zaurlat” and “Sigurno“, and today’s latest music release named “Samuraj“. This bend from Zagreb announces their debut studio release.

“Samurai” is a song that evokes nostalgia for the forgotten love that we may not miss so much.

“The Samurai is one of the first songs in the band, one of the songs that had been sleeping in the drawer for years until we cleaned it out of dust. I think we all have somebody in the life we tried to impress, , the person we followed everywhere hoping to give us a little more attention. There is always one person in the relationship who always cares less. When you play the role of those other people in that relation, you need to learn the lesson. Everybody’s gotta learn sometime, says the song. While I did not learn, I swirled around her, perked, acted as a samurai, until, of course, she lost all the interest. But it’s all good as long as the song remains, ” said the frontman of the band, Filip Ridicki.

The single will be followed by a gentle, tactile and warm video spot contrary to the cool, distant song.

This quartet consisting of Ana Jelic (bass), Filip Ridicki (vocals), Vanja Sencar (guitar) and Pavle Gulic (drum).
