After five years, on the music scene returns The Chweger with their second album “Mir”.
Do you remember the guitar riff from the Ennio Morricone soundtrack (“The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”) and that anthological whistle in the spaghetti westerns of Sergio Leone (“A Fistful of Dollars,” “For a Few Dollars More,” “Once Upon a Time in the West” …)? That riff and whistle belongs to the legendary Italian Alessandro Alessandroni, singer and whistleblowers, and that gentleman and his whistling are guests on the song “Fućkam / The Whistler” from The Chweger new album.
Besides recognizable expression, new material brings particular change sound compared to the first album, that is a lot of electronics, drum machines, sequencers and synthesizers, and even iPhone played!
