Dutch musician with Israeli roots, Dotan, has released its second album ‘7 Layers’ for Universal Music. He is the sole author of the whole album also he recorded and produced the entire album. He describes his sound as ‘dynamic folk-based acoustic guitar and percussion’, and many compare it with Jose Gonzalez, Bon Iver or Vincent McMorrow.
His last tour was great success. In addition, he performed with Sinead O’Connor and Gavin DeGraw. When Dotan on Facebook published the idea of a ‘concert in the living room’, it caused a general enthusiasm and he received enormous support during performance of fifty such small house concerts throughout the Netherlands.
