They also contributed greatly to the work of This Mortal Coil.
In 2008 the band received the Q Inspiration Award and in 2012 their influence can be heard more than ever; from Anthony & the Johnsons, Warpaint, Beach House, Animal Collective, The xx, Bat For Lashes, Sigur Ros and Lykke Li to Robert Plant, Madonna, Feist and Prince.

March

Rock trio Luft presented in Tvornica Kulture, Zagreb their debut album. With energetic perform Luft presented 12 songs that are on the album and a few things so far rarely performed as an introduction to what follows in their next work. Songs that you could heard so far are: ‘Ona hoće još’, ‘Idemo u škole’ and latest single ‘Nije lako’, but that’s not everything what will win you over with Luft.
The album was recorded mostly live in the studio Radiona, and mixed and mastered by experienced Hrvoje Nikšić in the studio Kramasonik without the use of computer. Their album does not pander to present tidy school production, but nourishes live rock & roll sound. On album you can’t find any other sound except the drum, bass, guitar and three singers. The album is infused with contemporary urban themes and is all about love, sex, politics and other pleasures and dislikes.

Nina Romić presents new single ‘Opet’!

Two years after releasing the debut album ‘Daljine’ (which according to numerous reviews ranked in the top 5 national albums of the year), Nina Romić takes us a step further, so is our great honor to present her new single ‘Opet’!
Once again, the author of whole song is Nina, while the arrangement is made by some of hers new / old associates.
Nina’s new studio album will be called ‘Ptice’ and you will find it in stores in the second half of March. The new audio material includes one traditional tune, the song ‘Ruža’; just to remind you on the album ‘Daljine’ it was the song ‘Zvira voda’. The character of these songs is different; sound is more concrete and more expressive, but never pretentious and always consistent with Nina’s directness and simplicity.
Nina Romić performs with her band : Damjan Čakmak on electric guitar, Frédéric Lanz on the keyboard  and Peter Cvahte on the drum.
