New alter pop-rock Scarlet Notes – vocalist and bass player Zrna Zuber, drummer Josip Miocic and guitarist Leonardo Jaksic – with third single “Kraj jedne ljubavi” announces the release of their debut album for Aquarius Records. It is a strong song with clearly defined and recognizable riff. Vocal builds energetic verses and melodious, catchy refrain that makes this single extremely radiophonic. Zrna’s vocal interpretation, ranges from in-the-face punk to melodic pop expression and raises the bar in the songwriting in the alter pop-rock genre.

Overall, the music of this band from Zadar could be described as explosive crossover rock, blues, soul, funk and punk framed in specific expression. As such it couldn’t go unnoticed, even beyond our borders! The Scarlet Notes in February were on a mini tour in England and conveniently recorded on the road video for the single “Kraj jedne ljubavi”. The video was shot on location in Bournemouth, Waymouth and London and presents a musical itinerary directed by Igor Polak. The tour is the result of cooperation between HGF Demo Festival and MBM Management from the UK and it is worth mentioning that this is the first concert of one of the finalists of HGF in Europe.
